To deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, newly introduced government restrictions have been forced on mainstream food service businesses. These restrictions require cafes, restaurants and bakeries to adapt, implementing a takeaway and/or home delivery service model.
In addition to national food laws, the COVID-19 pandemic has added further need for vigilance. With this in mind, the South Burnett Regional Council has released the following food safety videos. These videos support business owners, informing their staff on safe food practices and alternative service delivery methods.
